There's a problem with my subscription or merchandise I purchased?
If you feel there is a problem with your subscription or merchandise you have purchased, please contact us immediately. The best way to check on the status of
your subscription or order is to call our office directly. If you either can't or don't want to call the office then you can email your request through the website.
Don't forget to include your entire name and address. You'd be surprised at how many people just give us a name and no address. Also, remember the 2-3 weeks
delivery window starts when we receive your order. We will do everything in our power to give you complete satisfaction.
All I get is blank pages when I try to access some of the sections of the site. What's up?
Sometimes the cache on a web browser gets screwed up and you may only get blank or broken pages when trying to access some sections of the site. This site also
requires cookies to be enabled on your browser.
To solve this problem, simply clear the cache (disk and memory) on your browser, and make sure you have cookies enabled. For instructions on how to do this,
please view your browsers online help.
I have a new email address. How do I update my profile on the site?
After you log on, click on the "my account" button on the top menu bar and then click on "change account settings". From there you can change
your password, email address and other account information.

Which stores carry the magazine and the videos?
Can't find Older magazine or Maximum Density videos in your local stores? Contact us and we'll let you know where, or if you don't have a store in your area, let
us know who should carry us, and we'll contact them and set up the account. We know many more stores carry us but they don't purchase the magazine directly from us.
Can I get a free membership or trade <something> for access to the site?
No. Hmm... Well, If you have a pretty good and large collection of high-quality pictures you own, which have never been seen on the Internet, and would like to
share with us; Then, maybe then, we can arrange something. :^)
How much does Older Online membership cost and what is included?
See the pricing table at the member services page.
How will the charge show up in my credit card statement?
The charge will show up in your credit card statement as: "MAX DENSITY".
I don't like sending credit card information over the Internet. Is there another way to register?
You can register by fax or postal mail. Just print, fill out, and send us the registration form. The fax/mail registration form can be found at: http://www.olderonline.com/join/faxmailregform.htm.
Please note that Older Online has a secure server with a Thawte digital certificate (SSL). With our secure server, all transactions are encrypted for your
protection.
Once my membership expires, will my credit card be automatically charged again for renewal?
Yes, unless you uncheck the auto renewal option, which can be found under your "change account settings" page.
How can I get a refund or cancel my member account?
Unfortunately, once your payment has been processed we cannot refund a membership. However, ff there is a verifiable technical problem with the site we will
consider a refund.
If you would like to cancel your membership, please contact us and let us know that wish to end your membership. But you must do so before your renewal date or
you will be billed for the full increment of time (e.g., three months) if you cancel after your renewal begins.
Once I register, how long do I have to wait before my account is activated?
We try to process memberships as soon as possible, and normally it takes less than 8 hours for an account to be activated. However, sometimes it may take longer
depending on the day, but usually no longer than 24 hours.
If you sent your registration by fax or postal mail, it will be processed as soon as we receive it. This could be just hours for fax registrations, and a few
days for mail-in registrations.
How is my personal information used?
Your personal information is always kept private and confidential. It is only collected during the registration process for two purposes: (1) To process your
payment, and (2) for verification of identity and age. For more information please read Older Online's Privacy Policy.
Do you send any information by email or postal mail?
We do not send unsolicited email or postal mail to our members or visitors.
Older Online does have an online newsletter which is only sent to members or visitors who have subscribed to it during registration or with the subscription
form. If you currently receive our online newsletter and wish to unsubscribe, simply visit the newsletter page and select
the unsubscribe option.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks or money orders in US$ currency. For more information please go to the member
services page.
I forgot my password; What do I do?
Use the automated password retrieval utility to recover your password. To use this utility you must know the email address you
used during registration. The password will only be sent to the email address associated with the member account.
If you do not remember the email you entered during registration, or that email address is no longer valid, you must request your password by sending us an email
with your name, address, email, and username and approximate date of registration. We will verify the information and send the password to the email recorded in the
member account or your new email address, once confirmed.
What's a promotion code?
From time to time we will offer promotions to members and visitors of the site for discounted membership and renewal rates, as well as free trial memberships.
Promotion codes will be distributed to target audiences by different methods, and can be used to register or renew a membership.
I registered online, but I have not received any confirmation emails? How do I know if my account was processed?
Member accounts are normally processed within eight hours. If you did not received a confirmation email soon after registering, then perhaps there was a problem
with the email address you entered during registration.
Sometimes members incorrectly type their email addresses during registration and confirmation / activation emails bounce back to us. If this was the case, the
best way to determine if your account is active is to try to log on with your username and password after 8 hours. If your account is still unprocessed after 24
hours, please send us a message with your name, email and time of registration.
Modeling and Submissions:
I'd like to model…what do I do?
We are always looking for new talent to put in the magazine or star in a video. If you're big, small, any age, race, regardless of location, we will pay you for
stepping in front of our cameras. Just email us or write, telling us a little about yourself, a few snapshots, your address and phone number. We will then contact
you to work out the details.

I have a story and art work I'd like to see published. What do you accept?
Well, send it in and we'll pay you when its published! Our guidelines are simple: Your story or artwork has to do with large men and their admirers. If it's a
story, it must be typed, and limited to 10 pages double spaced. It must be typed in sentence case, not all upper case (caps). If you are doing it on a computer,
send it to us on disk with hard copy. We can use either Mac or PC formats saved as 'Simple text', 'Word', 'ASCII' or 'Text' only. If it's art work, we can reproduce
any medium. We would prefer it to be 8.5" x 11" or 14", but we can work with just about anything.

How do I submit pictures to the galleries?
From the Galleries section, click on the Photo Upload link or button and follow the instructions. You will need a
browser that supports file uploads (e.g., Netscape 3, Internet Explorer 4, or better).
Please note that we only accept pictures in JPG format. If you have a picture on a different format (e.g., BMP) you must convert it first to JPG using any
graphics editing program.

How do I submit video clips to the video gallery?
From the Galleries section, click on the Video Upload link or button and follow the instructions. You will need a
browser that supports file uploads (e.g., Netscape 3, Internet Explorer 4, or better).
We can only accept video clips in the following formats: Windows Media, Real Media, QuickTime, and MPEG. Video clips must not exceed 5MB in size.

I found pictures of me in the galleries and I want those removed.
No problem. Just email us a list of picture IDs at
and we will gladly remove them. The
IDs can be found below the thumbnail picture, or when viewing the photo in full size, in the address bar your web browser.
Also, please take some time to read our Gallery Disclaimer to understand where Older Online sources pictures and how
they get posted by our members.
How do I contact or find more information about someone I like from the magazine or galleries?
If you would like to contact someone in the Model or Members gallery, simply click on that person's name when viewing the picture, and email him.
Please do not email us about how to get in touch with someone in the "From the Net" galleries. We do not have contact information for any pictures
posted in that gallery. Your best bet is to post a message on the General forum and ask other members of the site if they know who the person is and how to contact
him.
I would like to see a new gallery category added. What do I do?
If you have a new idea for a gallery category, please let us know. We are always looking for suggestions to improve the galleries.
Unfortunately we cannot start a new category without content. If you have a collection of pictures that does not fit into any of the categories we currently
have, please let us know and we'll create the new category and start it off with your collection.
Can you get more pictures or videos of <something> for the galleries?
You can always ask. We or our members just might have it.
Why can't I download (save) pictures from the model, member galleries, personals or contest?
We have had problems with visitors downloading pictures of Older Online members and posting them on other sites or newsgroups without the permission of the
members in the picture or us.
Since we respect and value the privacy of our models and members (most of whom post their pictures on our site to be shown only to other Older Online members),
we have decided to implement this security on both the Model, Members, Personals and the Contest galleries.
How can I increase my chances of getting responses to my personal ad?
Our site statistics show that personal ads with a photo attachment get the most responses. If you have not done so already, we recommend you attach a photo to
your personal.
Try not to be very specific and picky about the type person you are looking for. This could greatly reduce the changes to get a response. Be general, and tell us
how you are, and things you like, etc.

I'm having problems uploading a photo for my personal. What can I do?
