Uploading Photos or Video Clips

When uploading for the site, please be certain that all photos and video clips (the material) are suitable for posting. All submissions must meet all of the following criteria before uploading:

• The material should be of interest to the gay mature men & admirer community.
• All models must be 18 years of age or older at the time the photographs were taken.
• The material should not be objectionable to your local community standards and laws.
• ONLY upload amateur material you own the copyrights to, or have explicit permission from the model or models to freely distribute.
• DO NOT upload material that was scanned or clipped from published media (magazines, videos, or other websites).
• DO NOT upload photos that are already posted on this site.

If you are in doubt about any of the conditions above, please do not upload any material.

Gallery Photos and Vide Clips

Older Online does not claim copyright ownership over any of the photos or video clips posted on the galleries by our members. We believe these materials have been either released to the public domain or uploaded by the rightful copyright owner or authorized person. We understand that this material may originate from various sources, such as private photo collections of our members, public-domain sources such as USENET newsgroups, and the Internet in general. We ask all our members to follow the guidelines and rules listed above when uploading materials to the site.

Older Online does not charge for access to any of the photos or video clips posted in the galleries. Membership funds cover the costs of the extra bandwidth required to view this material in full, as well for use of the Older Online gallery engine and categorized database information.

Older Online respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our members to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Older Online’s Copyright Agent the following information:

• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. Please include ID numbers which are displayed with every photo or video clip thumbnail if applicable.
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site.
• Your address, telephone number, and email address for identity verification purposes only.
• A statement by you, in which you state your belief that the disputed material in use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Upon receipt of proper notification, Older Online will remove the material in question.
